Thanks Joe for the compliment and the f/v/g! Although frost can be a bit thick at times this is actually ice from an earlier bout of freezing rain and then was covered with blowing snow. At the time of this pic it was about 25° with winds 20-25mph and blowing snow...needless to say it was a bit chilly...LOL!
